External IP = <!DOCTYPE html

WorldIP 3.0.8, Firefox 34.0

I noticed that for a couple of days now that the external IP shows as <!DOCTYPE html.
I can access https://api.wipmania.com/
The returned result is
176.10.99.202

Any ideas ?
